Every one of our treks reaches water: hidden waterfalls on the way to Pa Pong Piang, jungle falls and a river beach on the Karen village treks, and Wachirathan on Doi Inthanon.
The one-day Karen trek ends at a forest waterfall and natural stream where you can swim. The two-day trek crosses the river on the way to the village and finishes at a hidden waterfall and sandy river beach.
On the way to Pa Pong Piang we stop for a short, uphill walk to three hidden waterfalls; the last has clear, cold mountain water.
Bring swimwear, a towel and shoes you don't mind getting wet.
